Dr. Darren Patrick
Dr. Darren Patrick is a native of Salyersville, KY and graduated from Paintsville High School. He received a Bachelor of Science in Biology magna cum laude from the University of Kentucky. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry.
He completed his externships at the Birmingham VA Medical Center and in private optometry and ophthalmology practices in Tuskegee, Alabama. Dr. Patrick has been named Kentucky’s Young Optometrist of the Year and received a citation from Kentucky’s House of Representatives for his exceptional and dedicated service to his patients and the advancement of eye care in the Commonwealth. Dr. Patrick underwent training in laser and surgical procedures with Northeastern State University.
He now lives in the Louisville, Kentucky area and is proud to serve the community and takes great pride in doing so!
